Local Government Environmental Assessments

Many local governments require “site specific” or site condition surveys to insure that a proposed development conforms to the protective ordinances and objectives contained in the local government code. Although requirements vary widely among counties, typically these assessments will include evaluation of specific natural areas, imperiled species, protected trees, wellhead protection zones, surface water buffers, flood plains, soil taxonomy and wetlands.
